- Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 9:00–18:00. Wednesday & Friday: 9:00–21:00.
- Closed days
- Every Tuesday, and on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December.
- Entrances
- Pyramid entrance (main), Carrousel du Louvre entrance (99 rue de Rivoli), Porte des Lions (limited days). Your ticket confirmation tells you which to use.
- Security
- All visitors pass through airport-style security. Large bags and suitcases are not allowed; arrive 15 minutes before your entry time.
- Last entry
- Last entry is 1 hour before closing. Rooms begin closing 30 minutes before closing time.
